Michael Härer was born 1967 in Coburg. He is married and has one child. He simultaneously studied law (1st state examination 1994) and business economics (Diplom-Kaufmann 1995) in Regensburg. Studies and internships in the United States complemented his education. Michael Härer has been admitted to the bar since 1998 and has been appointed as Tax Advisor in 2000 and as Chartered Accountant since 2002. Since 2004 he leads the firm and the ecoplan Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH.  In addition Michael Härer is also admitted as Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant in Austria since 2011.
Besides the ongoing consulting work he focuses on the support of international groups (international tax law, corporate accountancy), acquisitions and sales of companies, companies succession regulations and restructurings. In the remaining free time he stays fit with endurance sports and thereby keeps his mind free for the daily business.
