You need JavaScript enabled to view it Gabriele Freifrau von Thüngen-Reichenbach, née Härer, was born in Coburg in 1963. She was admitted to the bar in Munich in 1993, worked for several years as a lawyer in Berlin and for several years as a Scientific Assistant to Prof. Dr. Rudolf Kraßer at the Lehrstuhl für Privatrecht und Patentrecht der Technischen Universität München (Chair for Private Law and Patent Law of the Technical University of Munich) and also worked as a lawyer in an international patent lawyer’s office, dealing exclusively with intellectual property protection. She provides detailed advice and also represents (also at court) mainly medium-sized companies in all aspects of intellectual property protection, particularly trademark and product piracy.  One of her main areas of activity is advising and representing companies with regard to the setting up of national and international protection right strategies. Among other things, this includes trademark and design registrations and working out licence agreements at national and international level. Other main areas of activity are competition rights, copyrights and publishing rights, particularly international copyrights, press and media rights and IT rights.
Ms. Thüngen-Reichenbach is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual property (Deutsche Vereinigung für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht - GRUR). She is fluent in English and French.
