He is a specialist lawyer for labour law. Born in 1969 in Regensburg, Dietmar Lottes is married and has one child. He studied law in Regensburg and on a scholarship of the German Academic Exchange Service (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst, DAAD) in the French speaking part of Switzerland at the universities of Lausanne and Geneva. Part-time (2000 – 2002) he pursued post-graduate studies in English for Master of Laws (LL.M., Univ. Sydney). In 2006 he acquired the qualification as business mediator. Dietmar Lottes advises comprehensively in the area of labour law. The focus of his activities is the ongoing labour law related consultancy of mainly medium-sized companies. Among other things, this includes the preparation of employment contracts, the implementation of flexible remuneration models, the preparation and the execution of dismissals as well as the tactical consultancy related to mutually agreed terminations of employment relationships.  Furthermore, Dietmar Lottes advises in matters relating to transaction and restructuring measures as well as to international staff deployment. Another main field of his activities is the consulting and representation of executives when signing and termination Managing Directors Agreements. Of course, Dietmar Lottes provides representation in courts of all instances. As a business mediator he offers future-orientated alternative conflict solutions. Dietmar Lottes also delivers speeches on current labour law related subjects and on a public level and within the framework of in-house events. He is a member of the Practice Group "Labour Law" in the German Lawyers' Association (Deutscher Anwaltverein). Besides German Dietmar Lottes also speaks English and French. As a certified tennis teacher (VDT) he also enjoys in his free time to draw an ace out of his sleeve.. Next to sports, Dietmar Lottes likes to discover European cities individually.
